Pre-registration Membership Badges cover all three days, all panels (unless there are additional restrictions, such as age), concerts, performances and a host of other activities. Registration for Anime Overload is also available on-site. On-site registration allows for purchase of registration for each day as well, instead of just weekend badges.

The following are NOT covered with your basic membership fee:

  • Some Tournament Gaming sessions, including console gaming.
  • Certain Autographs as decided by each autographer
  • Any specific VIP benefits as addressed HERE.
  • Any specific benefits that require additional compensation

Early Registration ensures you no hassle with the on-site registration lines. It works a lot like Pre-Registration—you save money, but you do not get a pre-printed, personalized, membership badge. Rest assured though, you will have your membership badge waiting when you arrive at the convention.

You can obtain a VIP membership at time of purchase, but the upgrade is not offered at on-site registration. If you wish to upgrade after your initial purchase contact us at VIP memberships, including upgrades, are only available until 10:55 P.M., when Pre-Registration ends. Gold VIP is only available while quantities last. Method of Payment

Pre-Registration, and Early Registration are limited to payment via credit card, and Paypal. However, you may purchase On-site Registration via cash and credit card.

Badge Transferring

We no longer allow transfers of any kind for all memberships; this includes transfers from one person to another and transfers to future conventions.

Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds for any memberships. If you cannot attend the convention after you pre-registered, transferring your is not allowed. Your purchase is a membership badge; it is up to you to obtain the badge and attend.

NOTE: We do not mail out badges. Simply put, things get lost in the mail; therefore, you must show in person to obtain your membership badge. You will need to go to the registration desk and pick up your badge. Please remember to bring a photo ID. Bringing your confirmation sheet from your pre-registration quickens the badge pick-up process.

Picking up Your Badge

Anime Overload will not mail your badge if you pre-register. You must pick up your badge at the Registration Desk during convention hours. There will be a Pre-Registration line that will have your badge collated by LAST NAME. You must have a copy of your paypal receipt, if applicable, as well as a government, state, or school issued photo ID.

Group Rate Discounts

Group rates are $6 off the current membership price. A group is 10 or more people purchasing at one time.


You are not permitted to share your membership/badge at anytime for any reason. If you are caught violating this rule, all parties will be removed from event without refund.

Children’s Memberships Policy

Children under the age of 13 can attend as long as they are accompanied by a parent or guardian and all party’s must have an Anime Overload membership.

Refund/Transfer Policy

We do not offer transfers, or refunds for memberships of any kind.
