Actually, there is no big difference in taste in normal meat. What distinguishes halal meat is the set of rules that must be obeyed by all Muslims, because halal is traditionally Islamic food.
Halal is an Arabic word which means "legal". Under Islamic law, this defines what can be used or included. You may have heard of the food restrictions imposed by Islam. So when we talk about food, halal is food that you can eat. This term is usually used to refer to a variety of products but is most often used in connection with meat.
The law of slaughtering the animals is known as dhabihah. It is said that the animal should be slaughtered with a quick and deep neck stretch to cut the jugular vein and carotid artery on both sides.
The spinal cord and nervous system are not affected, but the goal is for blood to flow slowly before the animal dies. Other acts, such as the extermination of animals, are prohibited and rarely seen because traditional methods of slaughter are derived from the Islamic wisdom of the Prophet Muhammad.
